In order to measure the effect of CFTR overexpression on pulmonary function in COPD mice, we measured the RI, Cdyn, PIF, and PEF levels in the four groups, which showed that compared with the normal group, the rest groups had lower levels of Cdyn, PIF, and PEF and a higher level of RI (all P<0.05). Here, CFTR is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
