These data demonstrate that the level of expression of PD-L1 and CD86 on APCs and the proportion of PD-1high CD4+ T cells are strongly correlated between metastatic sites within a patient but expression of CD40 and ICOSL on APCs, the proportion of PD-1high CD8+ T cells, the proportion of tumor cells, and the proportion of B7-H4-expressing tumor cells were not correlated between metastatic sites.
