In the multivariate Cox regression analysis, twelve parameters, namely, age at diagnosis, primary tumor site, histological type, pathological grade, adjuvant chemotherapy, LNH, LODDS stage, tumor size, CEA level, marital status, T stage, and N stage, were defined as independent prognostic factors predicting the CSS of stage I–III colon cancer patients (Table 2).
