The expression of the CXCL9 and CXCL10 chemokines, together with HLA class II, OX40L, and PD-L2 are suggestive of the presence of antigen-presenting cells in the microenvironment while TIM-3 expression may reflect an activated/dysfunctional phenotype of tumor-infiltrating T cells. Here, CXCL9 is linked to neoplasm.
