The mRNA expression of STAT6, IL-4Rα, and IL-13Rα1 increased approximately 1.5-3-folds after 10 weeks of infection with S. japonicum, and there were no obvious differences between the uninfected group and the infected group after 6 weeks of infection with S. japonicum except IL-13Rα1 (Figures 3(a) and 3(e)–3(g)). This evidence concerns the gene IL4R and infection.
