The results indicated that the high MAD2L1 expression predicted shorter survival times compared with the low MAD2L1 expression in HCC patients with tumor stage 1 (log-rank P = 0.0072, Figure 6(h)), tumor stage 2 (log-rank P = 0.022, Figure 6(i)), and tumor stage 3 (log-rank P = 0.0015, Figure 6(j)). This evidence concerns the gene MAD2L1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
