NANOG and cervical carcinoma: We analyzed their expression using RT-qPCR and found that OCT4, SOX2, and NANOG are overexpressed in CSC-enriched sphere cultures as compared with same cell lines grown under adherent conditions from HeLa (Figures 3(a), 3(c), and 3(e)) and SiHa (Figures 3(b), 3(d), and 3(f)) cell lines derived from cervical cancer.
