DPP4 and diabetes mellitus: The most common diabetes treatments were metformin (89.9%), dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DDP4) inhibitors (61.1%), sulfonylureas (49.3%), and insulin (27.8%), with a small percentage of patients taking thiazolidinedione (10.1%), glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1) agonists (2.3%), sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors (1.9%), and meglitinides (0.8%).
