The simulation study yielded three major findings:For imaging, ligands with KD < 1 nM do not substantially increase the uptake in the tumour for commonly used ligand amounts compared to KD = 1 nM as a) a considerable fraction is accumulated in highly perfused PSMA positive normal tissue and b) within one hour post injection differences might be considerably smaller compared to later time points. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and neoplasm.
