This study revealed that over-expression of let-7 family of miRNAs inhibited the immune evasion in HNSCC by suppressing the expression of TCF-4, β-Catenin/STT3-mediated PD-L1 glycosylation and PD-L1 stability, while promoting the ubiquitination and degradation of PD-L1, in addition to the recognition ability of T cells to HNSCC cells (Fig. 7). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
