Emergence of certain myeloid subsets in the spleen, such as CD44+MDSCs and IL-17A+MDSC were associated with advanced cancer, while within the lymphoid subsets, the absence the B220+ B-cells, CD62L+ B-cells, CD62L+CD4+ T-cells, and CD62L+ CD8+ T-cells was shown in the untreated tumor bearing mice.
