Therefore, we sought to further investigate the molecular mechanisms associated with the preventive effects of SLF on AD by determining the phosphorylation degree and speed of AKT, GSK-3β and tau within primary cultured hippocampal neuron after the PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β pathway, and the preventive effect of neuronal apoptosis and the associated mechanisms via the inflammatory pathway.
