When considering the LGG overall, patients with an OS <3 years were those with an EOR <76% and IDHwt, while two groups of patients could reach an OS >10 years: oligodendrogliomas with an EOR of >86% and either a ΔT2T1 index of <40 cm3 or second surgery, and astrocytoma IDHmt with an EOR of >86% and a Ki67 of ≤4%. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and astrocytoma (excluding glioblastoma).
