Gal3C-S-OPN level was significantly higher in stone forming urolithiasis patients [median, 1118 MFI, interquartile range (IQR) 810–1543] than that of HVs (median, 515 MFI, IQR, 292–786]) (p < 0.001, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene SPP1 and urolithiasis.
