After stratification by cancer stage (localized: T1–2N0M0; Advanced: T3–4NXMX or TXN1MX or TXNXM1), pathologic classification (Gleason score: <7, 7, and >7), peripheral blood PSA level (≤20, >20), and PI-RADS score of MRI (<5 and 5), we found that the higher PI-RADS score was opposite than the lower group in rs3745453 (OR = 0.46, 95% CI = 0.12–1.78, P = .73). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and cancer.
