GRAMD1C (GRAM Domain Containing 1C), an uncharacterized protein belonging to the GRAM domain family of proteins, has not been reported to relate to prognosis and immune response in any cancers. In present study, bioinformatic analysis using high throughput RNA-sequencing data from TCGA demonstrated that a reduced expression of GRAMD1C correlated to poor prognosis in KIRC. This evidence concerns the gene GRAMD1C and cancer.
