The expression of AKT, PI3K, EIF4B, FAK, IKK, FALSG, ILK and other related genes in the PI3K-AKT signal pathway under hypoxia stress decreased compared to those under normal conditions as the time after bacterial infection increased, and at 48 h after infection no differences were found between the hypoxia stress group and control group. Here, AKT1 is linked to infection.
