It could be seen from the plot that the strongest interaction is formed by the gene set (SYNE1, BTBD9, RPL12P2) in the middle of the plot, in which BTBD9 plays a key role and extends to form significant combinations with FGD2 and CDKAL1. The BTBD9 is reported to be associated with neuropsychiatric disorders such as restless legs syndrome in Schizophrenia and the Tourette Syndrome [13, 14]. Here, CDKAL1 is linked to Tourette syndrome.
