In addition and in agreement with in vivo studies supporting the involvement of JAK inhibitors and NAC in SjS (41), we have reported that the effects of H2O2 on ICAM-1 and PD-L1 can be reversed not only by JAK inhibitors but also by NAC, which is a direct ROS inhibitor. Here, ICAM1 is linked to Schwartz-Jampel syndrome.
