KLK3 and cancer: Kuhl et al. [13] investigated 542 patients with PSA ≥ 3 ng/mL and negative transrectal ultrasonography-guided biopsy findings, and found that bpMRI and mpMRI have similar accuracy in diagnosing clinically significant cancer (89.1% vs. 87.2%); between-reader agreement for the bpMR protocol was substantial (k = 0.81), while the agreement for mpMRI was moderate (k = 0.60).
