Stepwise investigations implied that miR‐302e acted as an intermediate bridge between circ‐CMPK1 and cyclin D1, that is, circ‐CMPK1 could elevate the expression of cyclin D1 to promote NSCLC cells proliferation through weakening the inhibitory effect of miR‐302e on cyclin D1 via directly binding with miR‐302e both in vitro and in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene CMPK1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
