Here, we used surgical specimens of low-grade glioma (WHO grade II astrocytoma and oligodendroglioma) with mutant IDH1/2 and showed a co-staining of the tumor cells with anti-IDH1 and anti-CRMP5 antibodies (Supplementary Figure S5 and Supplementary Table S2). The gene discussed is DPYSL5; the disease is astrocytoma (excluding glioblastoma).
