With the goal of characterizing CB receptors expression and their potential role in testicular tumours, we describe below our preliminary unpublished findings on the embryonal carcinoma cell line NTERA-2 cL.D1 (Nt2d1) [133], a pluripotent testicular tumour cell line that is extremely sensitive to cisplatin treatment due to its low proficiency in the repair of cisplatin-induced damage [133] and to P53-mediated apoptosis (see [134] and references therein). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm of testis.
