SQSTM1 and ovarian carcinoma: In the ovarian carcinoma SKOV3 cells, inhibition of LSD1, using the S2101 inhibitor, activated autophagy by decreasing the phosphorylation of AKT, MTOR, and P70S6K and led to a decrease in P62/SQSTM1 and LC3B-II levels, as well as the number of LC3B-positive vesicles [71].
