Yue et al reported that CYTOR promotes the metastasis of colon cancer by interacting with β‐catenin and boosting β‐catenin nuclear translocation, which increases the expression of CYTOR.9 Wang et al also demonstrated that CYTOR, NCL, and Sam68 formed the complex, contributing to colorectal cancer development.27 Our findings promoted the understanding of the underlying mechanism of CYTOR in tumor progression. The gene discussed is NUCLEOLIN; the disease is colorectal cancer.
