TCL6 and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: Interestingly, in our study, we found that the significant overexpression of lnc-TCL6 in the early clinical stage of LC (CP-A) showed a high predictive power for the occurrence of cirrhosis and the expression of lnc-TCL6 gradually declined with LC progress and was especially markedly down-regulated in the final stage of LC (CP-C).
