Ooki et al. proposed a methylation panel of six genes (CDO1, HOXA9, AJAP1, PTGDR, UNCX, and MARCH11) with a prediction accuracy of 92.2% in the training cohort and 93.0% in an independent testing cohort of stage IA primary NSCLC (21). This evidence concerns the gene MARCHF11 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
