Although vaccination with OVA and RA mixture modestly attenuated tumor growth (Figure 6B) and showed some protection compared with OVA alone (Figure 6C), it was far less effective than vaccination with OVA and RA/CTS 340K polyplexes, which almost completely abrogated B16-OVA tumor growth (Figure 6B) and dramatically enhanced mouse survival (Figure 6C).
