After grouping according to therapy, the CO group showed slightly but significantly lower FSH values compared to the overall sample of childhood cancer survivors (p = 0.047); the CR group had significantly higher FSH values than the CO group (p = 0.009); the SCT group showed significantly higher FSH and LH values compared to both CO (p = 0.001 and p ˂ 0.001) and CR groups (p = 0.004 and p = 0.008). Here, PLOD1 is linked to childhood malignant neoplasm.
