Functional enrichment analysis demonstrated that four pathways (‘Chemokine signaling pathway’, ‘Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction’, ‘Toll-like receptor signaling pathway’ and ‘TNF signaling pathway’) were enriched for the13 genes and all of them were highly associated with the human immune system, suggesting that the 13 genes may be the most important targets that cause the variation in immunoscore among GC patients. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and gastric cancer.
