EdU assay and Transwell assay revealed that cells treated with exo-miR-133b mimic exhibited proliferation of EdU-positive cells and U87 cell migration and invasion, while glioma cells treated with exo-miR-133b inhibitor displayed the opposite results (p < 0.05), and no obvious differences were detected in cells treated with oe-EZH2 + exo-miR-133b mimic (p > 0.05) (Fig. 6a–c). Here, EZH2 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
