To understand if the mechanism of action of MAGI2-AS3 with respect to these miRNAs is similar in ovarian cancer (OC), the differential expression of these three putative miRNAs (Figure 5c) between EOC and FT data used in this study [36] was analyzed, and as expected, the expression of miR-15b-5p, miR-374a-5p, and miR-374b-5p was observed to be upregulated in EOC from FT, which is in accordance with the fact that they are MAGI2-AS3 ceRNA targets. Here, MAGI2 is linked to ovarian cancer.
