CCL22 and cervical carcinoma: After coculture, ELISA assay demonstrated that the concentration of CCL22 in the supernatant of the lower chamber of cocultures was significantly higher (1405.4 ± 15.8, p < 0.05; 293.2 ± 13.3, p < 0.05; with Caski cells and Hela cells, respectively) than that of monocytes (0.000007 ± 0.0000004) or cervical cancer cells alone (73.3 ± 13.7, p < 0.05; 10.4 ± 18.1, p < 0.05; Caski and HeLa cells, respectively) (Figure 7).
