In this study, using publicly available online data and clinical specimen-based analyses, we identified that RCC2 expression increased in breast cancer tissues and elevated RCC2 expression was associated with poor prognosis in breast patients. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that RCC2 promoted the growth, migration, and tumorigenicity of breast cancer through the activation of Wnt signaling pathway and inducing EMT. Here, RCC2 is linked to breast cancer.
