The expressions of Hnrnpa2b1and Map1b, as calculated by the ratios of the fluorescence intensities of Hnrnpa2b1 to α-tubulin and Map1b to α-tubulin, were significantly higher (p < 0.01) in the SCH-treated neurons compared to vehicle-treated neurons (Supplementary Fig. S2), validating their upregulation in proteomic profile. The gene discussed is MAP1B; the disease is spindle cell hemangioma.
