Not surprisingly, the tumor xenografts grew significantly smaller in the NDRG1 overexpression group than those in the Vector-control group (139.8 ± 19.9 mm3 vs. 324.6 ± 23.6 mm3, p < 0.001), while the xenografts grew significantly bigger in the SH-NDRG1 group (776.3 ± 46.5 mm3 vs 262.5 ± 21.8 mm3, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 6b and c).
