INS and systemic lupus erythematosus: Among the most interesting, pathways such as “Staphylococcus aureus infection”, “prion disease”, “gastric acid secretion”, “insulin secretion”, “human papillomavirus infection”, “systemic lupus erythematosus”, and “amoebiasis” exhibited higher significances in SNA and MNA, while LNA samples were characterized by pathways such as “protein digestion and absorption”, “focal adhesion”, and “PI3K-Akt signaling pathway”.
