This study showed that different inflammatory factors such as lipopolysaccharide, 12-o-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate, hydrogen peroxide, okadaic acid, and ceramide induced the production of IL-1b and TNF-α in human pulmonary epithelial cells (A-549), fibroblast (HFL1), and lymphoma cells. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is lymphoma.
