In pathway analysis, we identified significant regulation of ten signaling pathways, including apoptosis (involved gene number = 4), p53 signaling pathway (involved gene number = 4), complement and coagulation cascades (involved gene number = 4), small-cell lung cancer (involved gene number = 4), ErbB signaling pathway (involved gene number = 4), bladder cancer (involved gene number = 3), HIF-1 signaling pathway (involved gene number = 4), ABC signaling pathway (involved gene number = 3), TNF signaling pathway (involved gene number = 4), and tuberculosis (involved gene number = 5, Figure 5). The gene discussed is HIF1A; the disease is tuberculosis.
