BCL9 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Hyeon et al. [21] used immunohistochemistry and found that the overexpression of BCL9 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was significantly associated with high Edmondson grade, microvascular infiltration, and the intrahepatic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma, which had adverse effects on both disease-free survival and disease-specific survival.
