Heon et al. reported that IL-15 induces strong but short-lived tumor-infiltrating CD8 T cell responses through the regulation of Tim-3 in breast cancer [10], in this study, there were no difference between IL-2 and IL-2/S-15 groups in regulation of Tim-3 on CD8+ or CD4+ T cells.
