Two different human breast cancer cell lines, MCF7 and SKBR-3, when present during the Mo-DC differentiation, caused a decrease in the frequency of mature DCs, even after TNF-α supplementation (Figures 2(a)–2(c)), reduced the Mo-DCs' ability to induce lymphoproliferation (Figure 2(d)), and decreased the IFN-γ secretion in the cocultures (Figure 2(e)).
