As shown in Fig. 4a, three datasets closely related to the Warburg effect (glycolysis, PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling, and mTORC1 signaling) were enriched in the NFAT5 high-expression group, indicating that NFAT5 may have an impact on glucose metabolism in pancreatic cancer.
