To explore the molecular function of FRY and further examine the interaction between FRY and Hippo-Yap signaling pathways, we established stable transfectants of the human Fry gene in two human breast cancer cell models, MDA-MB-231 (ER-/PR-/HER2-, Basal-like) and BT474 (ER+/PR+/HER2+, Luminal B). Here, ERBB2 is linked to breast cancer.
