TP53 and colorectal cancer: At the level of KEGG pathways, the function of microbial genes, including pathways involved in Colorectal cancer, Small cell lung cancer, Stilbenoid, diarylheptanoid and gingerol biosynthesis, Toxoplasmosis, Valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis, Viral myocarditis, and the p53 signaling pathway were significantly increased (P < 0.05) in the OPD group relative to the HC group (Figure 5A).
