CRP and Decreased total neutrophil count: After the first pulse, the general state of the patient improved slightly, although the skin symptoms were still strongly pronounced, and laboratory tests showed an alarming evolution, with the exacerbation of anemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, increase of CRP concentration, extremely high d-dimer concentration, increase in activity of lactate dehydrogenase, and persistent proteinuria (in morning urine spot).
