Overexpression of March1 significantly reduced bladder cancer cell viability (Supplementary Figure 4B, 4C), clone formation ability (Supplementary Figure 4D, 4E) and the percentage of cells in S phase (Supplementary Figure 4F–4I); moreover, an in vivo mouse model showed a positive tumor suppression effect when March1 was overexpressed (Supplementary Figure 4J–4L). This evidence concerns the gene MARCHF1 and urinary bladder cancer.
