Based on the aforementioned findings regarding the roles of METTL3, YTHDF3, MALAT1, and YAP in resistance to DDP and metastasis, METTL3 was suggested to increase the level of m6A modification and regulate the protein expression of YAP via YTHDF3, whereas MALAT1, targeted by METTL3, was thought to sponge miR-1914-3p and thereby promote the expression of YAP in NSCLC. Here, METTL3 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
