RASSF10 and colon carcinoma: We could broadly show that in independent data sets loss of RASSF10 correlated not only with reduced patient survival rates in various tumor types (kidney cancer, thymoma, lymphoma, breast cancer, colon carcinoma, head and neck cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and gastric cancer), but also with tumor stage/grade (thymoma, breast cancer) and tumor types (kidney cancer, melanoma and colon carcinoma) (Figure 8 and Table S2).
