Taken together, TIPE2 is involved in the positive regulation of tobacco-mediated lung carcinogenesis via enhanced proliferation, survival, and migration through inflection of NF-κB and NF-κB-regulated gene products which are responsible for growth, proliferation, survival, invasion, migration, and metastasis of lung cancer cells (Figure 5D, Figure 6D, Figure 7D and Figure 8D).
